Is the PRO plan tied to the website or the account?
PRO plans are attached to a website. Inside your account you can have a mix of free and PRO websites.
What happens after the 14-day free trial?
When your 14-day trial ends, your payment method is charged for the plan you selected and your PRO features simply continue.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Subscriptions are paid at the start of each term, so after cancelling you keep all PRO features until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Can I switch from monthly to yearly billing?
Yes. You can switch from monthly to yearly billing at any time and save up to 48%.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept a number of payment methods. Currently these are credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, China UnionPay and Cartes Bancaires), Google Pay, Apple Pay, Bancontact, Sofort and iDeal.
If you need a specific one, please let us know and we'll investigate adding it.
Do you accept any currencies other than USD and EUR?
No. At this time we only accept payments in these two currencies.
Are there any limits to the free Starter plan compared to the PRO plan?
Yes, there are a number of features that are only available on the PRO plan. Have a look at the pricing table above for the PRO only features. There is a fair use policy in place, which means that we'll contact you when your website is negatively affecting other users on the platform or when the costs that we incur for offering this service to you are getting too high. In any case, we'll discuss this with you first before we take any steps. Only in extreme cases will we take immediate action.
